“Shree Gurunanak Dharmarth Hospital”

Shri Gurunanak Charitable Trust laid stones of the Shree Gurunanak Dharmarth Hospital on 13th April 1989.

To provide medical facilities at reasonable rates to the community Gurudwara Shree Teg Bahadur Sahib and the seniors started the Hospital and its operations with just a single room, doctor and sister.

On the auspicious day of 13th April 1994, Shri Gurunanak Charitable Trust expanded the infrastructure by forming a new building near Gurudwara Sahib, Bhatar Road, Surat today by the grace of God and support of the elders as well as community we are expanding in all aspects slowly and gradually.
